Here’s what we know…
SeaWorld along with Walt Disney World have made plans to reopen in June and July after several months of closure because of the coronavirus crisis. Proposals to reopen have been sent to the Florida governor Ron DeSantis, and the companies are waiting for his final approval.
The Disney senior vice president of operations said, “We are developing a series of ‘know before you go’ communication vehicles and our objective is to reinforce our health and safety messages to guests before they arrive on our property so they are aware and prepared for the new environment.”
He also stated that the parks will be open letting a limited amount of guests, along with a new system for park entry.
Both parks are requiring all guests and employees to be wearing face masks and to social distance as well. Temperature checks will be held for both.
The crisis has taken over some months, but we are finally starting to move past the virus. Read the rest of the story here.
